4200
The Cirris 4200 cable tester provides an easy-to-use low voltage testing platform to test for errors. The Cirris adapter system allows it to be quickly setup to connect to your device under test.
Easy-Touch® Pro
The Easy-Touch Pro is a self-contained high voltage cable tester designed for easy integration within your manufacturing process. With integrated Windows OS and Cirris software, it provides flexibility and reliability.
5150
The Cirris 5150 provides capable high voltage cable testing and has the flexibility to integrate with automated equipment. The unit supports common PLC-machine communication protocols, digital IO, custom software applications, and high voltage testing options.
8100
The 8100 is a practical and capable wire harness tester system. Its small, compact units are non-intrusive to your space and can be expanded to accommodate the number of test points for your needs. Easy-Wire software allows for fast test setup.

Cirris Testers in Your Assembly Process
Cirris has tools to ensure you wire every connector in your assembly correctly. Once the final assembly is complete, test for continuity, shorts, and opens. When applicable, run a high voltage test to ensure the quality and reliability of the electrical properties of the assembly.

Test Interface Cables
Testing should not be the final step in the assembly process. Cirris harness testers identify errors and help you correct them as you wire your device.
Example: Benchtop Cable Test
Cirris cable testers are ideal for analyzing large batches of identical cables. In this illustration, a batch of completed cables (left) are each tested on a Cirris tester using Cirris adapters. Each test cycle duration is only seconds, allowing large batches of cables to be tested at speed. Any failed cables can be flagged for rework or disposal.

The Cirris Adapter System allows you to quickly and easily change between different connector types. This provides better throughput on your production line as you can quickly change to your desired connector and start your next test batch.

Benchtop Testers
Benchtop testers come standard with 128 test points. Expansion boxes are easily purchased and attached to provide more test points—up to 1,024 points total. Expansion boxes can be used with base units of the same family for even greater flexibility and costs savings.

High Point Count Testers
Cirris testers can add more test points at the time of purchase or as needed later. The CH2 expands first by the number a test point cards in a chassis, then by adding another chassis with more cards. Add up to 100,000 test points in various increments depending on the Cirris tester.
