The Cirris 5150 Cable Tester & Automation Controller is designed for precision and efficiency. With Cirris High Speed Test Points, it delivers rapid low voltage testing and reliable high voltage tests. Advanced Test Points offer extensive measurement capabilities, making it suitable for the most demanding applications. The 5150 supports multiple automation communication protocols, including ProfiNET, EtherNet/IP, and Modbus, and can be expanded with optional Digital I/O modules for enhanced control.
Internal sensors monitor temperature and humidity, ensuring optimal performance in various environments. The RFID reader provides secure user identification, while Cirris AST Software allows for customized test processes and seamless integration with automation equipment. Test Point 64-Point Modules
Choice of one test point module type per system.
- Advanced Test Points: Have two relay per test point, allowing external meter integration, floating selected nets to isolate high voltage and capacitance measurements, and optionally allowing a stimulus up to 30 VDC 10mA during low voltage testing.
- High Speed Test Points: Have a single relay per test point for high voltage switching, however use solid state circuitry to maximize test speed during low voltage testing.
