Prices

All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of the Quote unless otherwise negotiated. All shipments will be sent FCA (Incoterms 2020) and it is the responsibility of the Customer to request insurance through the shipping carrier if required.

Payment

Unless otherwise quoted, payment terms are Net 30 days from date of invoice. A service charge of 1.5% per month will be charged to past-due accounts. Goods will not be sent to buyers whose accounts are overdue until we receive full payment. Agreements with Cirris Inc. shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Utah.

The preferred payment method is direct ACH payment. Email ar@cirris.com to obtain banking information, invoices, and balance details.

Freight

Unless otherwise specified by the buyer, shipments are freight prepaid and invoiced. The purchaser shall be liable for any loss which occurs after the goods have left their F.O.B. point.

Damage and Short Shipment

In the event goods are received damaged, please keep all packaging material, and contact both the carrier and Cirris Inc. in writing within 5 working days of receipt. Insurance claims are made between the buyer and carrier. All claims for shortages or non-delivery of goods must be made in writing to Cirris Inc. within 5 days of receipt.

Returns

A Returned Material Authorization (RMA) number must be issued by Cirris Inc. before any goods return. You may request an RMA here. Goods returned are to be referenced with this number and must be returned within 30 days of the issuance of the RMA number, or they will not be accepted. All returns are to be sent to Cirris Inc. freight prepaid.

Goods incorrectly ordered will be accepted back for credit if returned within 30 days and are in original condition and packaging. Goods older than 30 days or not in their original condition may incur up to a 20%, or $25.00, restocking charge (whichever is the higher) to cover handling costs.

Warranty

Cirris Inc. warrants a new product manufactured by Cirris Inc. to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of twelve months. Products not manufactured by Cirris Inc. are warranted by their manufacturer. Cirris Inc. at its option will repair or replace faulty goods and is not responsible for any consequential loss incurred due to faulty goods. This warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, or consumable items. The warranty does not include modifications or damages due to abuse by the user.

Cirris warrants repaired testers for 30 days, if the same part fails before 30 days has passed, Cirris will replace the part at no charge. Labor and Shipping charges may still apply.

No Warranty Against Infringement

Cirris Inc. makes no warranty whatsoever that the goods are delivered free of any rightful claim of any third person for infringement of patent.

Title

Title to goods shipped by Cirris Inc. shall not pass to the purchaser until the goods have been paid for in full.

Product Specifications

By signing/accepting/Issuing a PO (Purchase Order) based on the Cirris quotation, the customer agrees the product specifications are sufficient. External meters or custom requirements must be reviewed by a sales engineer.
