Cirris Server

The Cirris Server software is installed on a network server computer, supports all the recent improvements of the Easy-Wire Software, and must be at the same version as the Easy-Wire station software that is installed on test stations that access the network server.

The Cirris Server, as in the past, supports a centralized network database for Test Programs, user logins, Connector Type definitions, Smart-Light test adapters, test report formats, and test data archiving.  This software installation installs both the Cirris Server and the Cirris Hub together as complementary software offerings.

Cirris Hub – Improvements & Resolved Issues

The Cirris Hub, which is installed with the Cirris server, is a browser-based network application that allows users to view what is happening on Cirris testers that are accessing the Cirris Easy-Wire network server. Being browser-based means this data can be viewed on computers, tablets, or cell phones that access the network. An optional Cirris Sever Hub feature is the Cirris Data Warehouse, which allows you to create custom reports for single and aggregated tests.

Previous Data Warehouse databases should now be detected and indicate action is required instead of causing the Hub to crash.

Cirris 42XX Hub – Improvements and Resolved Issues

This is a free version of the browser-based Cirris Hub that functions only for 4200 series testers that are not being run by Easy-Wire on a connected PC. This Hub software allows 4200 series test file sharing, test editing, and network printing. Again, being browser-based means the application used on computers, tablets, or cell phones that access the network.

If the Test Program requires more test points than the connected tester, ctaPutTest, will return an appropriate error message to indicate the issue.

Low voltage testers show high voltage error  ENG-7324
An issue has been resolved in which CTA commands running low voltage tests on a low voltage tester could falsely trigger an error stating high voltage parameter must match the active test.

ctaHipotTest errors cleared  ENG-6668
The command, ctaHipotTest, will now fully clear all previous hipot errors before returning hipot errors.
