Harness Tester
Test complex assemblies with thousands of points. The system supports guided assembly with on-screen connector images, guidance LEDs on the assembly board, and immediate graphical and audible feedback to catch errors as they occur.
The new 8100 tester will be replacing the CR Tester.

Product Options
CR Base Unit (CCRW-BU)
CR Base Unit with 256 test points and one Easy-Wire Software license.
CR Expansion Unit (CCRW-RA)
Each CR Expansion Unit provides 256 additional test points but must be connected to a CR test system that has a CR Base Unit connected to the operating PC.
CR Booster Unit (CCRW-BO)
The Base Unit and each Booster can support up to 7 Expansion Units. One Booster Unit is needed for every 7 Expansion Units.
CR Base Unit with Digital IO (SIO-EW)
Easy-Wire Digitial IO and Windows Messaging Option
Cirris Server (LANL-EW)
Provides a network database for all connector definitions and test programs. Strongly recommended to ensure compatibility between all test stations without importing and exporting. Additionally provides a centralized location for backup and test data access.
Cirris Tester Access API (CTA-EW)
Alternatively control the tester with a third part applications written in LabVIEW, Python, C, C#, C++ and Delphi.
OPC UA Server (OPC-EW)
Transmit tester status and test information in real time to other information systems or equipment.
CR Performance Check Kit (PCHK-CR)
Verify calibration with the performance check kit. The certificate of calibration included with a performance check kit is valid for two years.
