1100H Tester Options

  • C115-H+ 1100H 1500VDC 128 points

    This 1100H unit has 128 total test points for testing, up to 1500VDC. Note: Buying only the number of points that you need reduces your project cost without sacrificing features you desire.

  • C115-64 1100H 1500VDC 64 points

    This 1100H unit has 64 total test points for testing up to 32 circuits, up to 1500VDC. This tester is ideal for applications with a low point count and suitable for embedding into automated machine applications. Note: Buying only the number of points that you need reduces your project cost without sacrificing features you desire.

  • C120-H+ 1100H 2000VDC 128 points

    This is essentially the same tester as the 1100H 1500VDC, but can apply high voltage from 50- 2000VDC (1000VAC is an optional addition). The 2000VDC version of the tester uses plates to keep the adapters locked into place—it does not use the slide locks that are built into the tester. Note: To fully use voltages between 1500-2000VDC there is only one adapter available that you can use to create mating connectors (Adapter Part# H2KM-64). We also have premade mating cables to help you save time and labor when building your test interface (Cable Part# AC61-KF).

  • C120-64 1100H 2000VDC 64 points

    This 1100H unit has 64 total test points for testing up to 32 circuits. This tester is ideal for applications with a low point count and suitable for embedding into automated machine applications. Note: Buying only the number of points that you need reduces your project cost without sacrificing features you desire. This version can reach out and touch your application that requires up to 2000 VDC to test. It is also great for connector testing.

  • C115-HA 1100H expansion box 128 points

    This item is a 1500VDC expansion box for our 1100H test system. You can order up to 7 expansion boxes to increase the size of your system up to 1024 test points. This option is ideal for testing larger backplane or harness applications. Each box has 128 points and plugs in quickly and efficiently with a cable (included with the box). Please call if you are going to increase your system to the full 1024 test points as we have cabling and mounting options to repackage the physical size. Hint: the two options are Torpedo style or the 4x4 style.

  • C200-HA 1100H 2000VDC 128 points

    This item is an expansion box for our Easy Touch test system. You can order up to 3 expansion boxes to increase the size of your 2000VDC system up to 512 test points allowing you to test larger backplane or harness applications. Boxes can be mixed and matched between voltage levels, but the voltage cannot be greater than the lowest voltage expansion box in the group. Each box has 128 points and plugs in quickly and efficiently with a cable (included with the box).

  • S1KV-AC AC option for 1100H+ (1000VAC)

    This option adds an AC voltage source to the high voltage (hipot) tester of your choice. 1100H+ and 1100H units that are already in the field can be upgraded to include this feature if you need to perform hipot tests that are in AC instead of DC. Call 1-800-441-9910 for details on how to upgrade. We will need your serial number and unit model when you call.

  • SCPT-1H Scripting option for 1100H

    By using scripting you can make the tester extremely flexible and customize a test process to fit a unique task. The following list gives examples for using scripts:

    • Create complex tests that are easy for line workers to use.
    • Make highly customized reports or cable tags.
    • Control external devices such as lamps, hold-down clamps, markers, etc.
    • Test devices such as switches, gas fuses, zener diodes, bi-color diodes, etc.
    • Verify color and lighting of LED’s.
    • Display prompt messages.
    • Hipot different nets at different voltages.
  • LAN-11 Server Software for easy-wire (up to 5 testers)

    This software allows the operation of the Easy Touch, 1100R+ & 1100H+ systems in a client server environment. This server software can be installed on Windows XP (Professional) and Windows 7 (Professional), Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2008. Cirris Server Software allows centralized management of the single database file to be accessed and used by all test stations. The software provides centralized management of Security Settings, Test Programs, and Test Reports data. You can manage your tester needs from any client connected to the Cirris Server Software. Server and Clients must be running the same version.

  • SLD-LK Slide-Lock Scanner Upgrade

    The Slide-Lock Scanner allows operators to lock adapters in place without using a removable cover plate. Locking slides hold adapters firmly in place to reduce connector wear.

  • SPC-EN Enable SPC Data Collection

    "SPC Data Collection" is an optional feature used on the 1100R+, 1100H+, and Touch1 model cable testers. It is used to collect a wide variety of test data thru your qualified Cirris testers electronically. You are then able to format, print, and extrapolate test data using third party SPC data processing programs or your own spreadsheet. Many of our customers use SPC Data collection to analyze and improve their product quality and to generate reports for either their customers or in-house management team.   • LAN-11 Networking option for 1100H+

    Networking Made Easy software enables you to share folders on a Windows based machine with Cirris 1100 series or model Touch1 cable testers. If you are currently using the Touch1 or 1100 series testers and are running around with floppy disks or a thumb drive to add programs or collect SPC data, then this software is for you!

Software is used to network Touch 1, 1100-R+, 1100-H+ model testers which have the networking option installed. This software allows you to read and write test programs and data files to a shared network drive. Must be installed on either Windows XP, Windows 7, Server 2003 or 2008 Operating systems. Touch1 and 1100 tester firmware must be a version greater than 4.9.

Easy Touch scripting Manual

You can use Easy Touch scripting on a Cirris Easy Touch tester or on a Cirris 1100 tester that is controlled by a PC running the Cirris easy-wire software. An Easy Touch script will typically not run on an independent 1100 Tester, or on a Cirris Touch1 tester. A Cirris scripting language with some different commands is used for these applications.
